Out of courtesy for your stylist, We kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; Same day or last minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments. All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy. ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM OR IN RESPONSE TO YOUR TEXT CONFIRMATION. NO VOICE MAILS OR INSTAGRAM MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
